This high throughput unit is ideal when fast turnaround is paramount.

MODEL UH202-12 AUTOMATIC UV CURING SYSTEM introduces 300mm capability in a high power, ultra-fast fully automatic production tool and offers the ultimate degree of control with the greatest ease of use. The fast cycle time is facilitated by a one-step wafer transfer. While loading the cured wafer into the frame magazine, the transfer arm is already in position to load the next wafer/frame.

It features fully programmable hands-free operation and safeguards, including interference detection and auto-detection of vacant slots in the frame magazine, eliminating all operator variables. The Model UH202-12 is also PGV-ready with an optional docking station.
